Once an order confirmation is sent or a payment is successfully completed through our website, all sales are considered final. Course cancellations are generally not permitted.

Standard Refund Practices

Online courses purchased on courses.massinfosys.com do not usually qualify for refunds. However, if a course includes a Money-Back Guarantee, specific conditions must be met to claim it:

1. Completion of Training: The student must complete the full course and secure certification from Mass Infosys.
2. Resume Building: Active participation in our resume preparation program is required.
3. Interview Preparations: Attendance in all vendor and client interview preparation sessions is mandatory.
4. Work Tenure: Successful placement and completion of six months of employment are required before a refund request can be initiated.

These commitments apply based on the terms available at the time of purchase.

Special Refund Conditions

Duplicate Purchases:
  If a course is purchased twice by mistake, customers must notify us within 2 days of purchase. Upon verification, a refund or adjustment may be processed.

Wrong Course Selection:
  If a student accidentally selects the wrong course, they must inform us within 24 hours. In such cases, fees may be adjusted toward another course of choice, but cash refunds will not be provided.

Exceptional Cases:
  For unforeseen circumstances, customers can write to [email protected] with complete details. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Mass Infosys’ discretion.

Refund Deductions

If a refund is approved, deductions may apply for:
